Bringing girls and women from different backgrounds and tribes together, equipping them with life skills, and mental health support. This covers the access to menstrual healthy education and sexual reproductive health education activities for girls out of school to those in schools and universities by providing counselling, menstruation sanitary wear products, whilst running a customized life skills mentorship program to complement their formal education.
We use art as an educational and therapeutic tool for girls and women in our program, we teach dance, public speaking, theatre, painting arts, and music.
Nguvu ya Africa offers basic practical ICT skills to young people and exposure to opportunities using ICTs and opportunities within the ICT sector. Because we believe that well-empowered girls and women are the bright future of DR Congo.
